If your Rig is over 10 years old - it must be approved by management.

Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that you must cancel ,shorten your stay or check out early, your deposit (which is one day) is forfeit. Please understand that anything less than 3 days notice we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re- book your site(s), a partial may apply.

RV Site prices are based on a Two Guest Occupancy each additional Guest is $2.00 per day.

Your Site is Subject to change. We can Lock your Site for a $10.00 non refundable Locking Fee. Please contact us by phone.

Pet Polices:
Please clean up after you pet- All Pets must be on a leash at all times.

Rules to help everyone to enjoy their stay:

Observe the 10 MPH Speed limit.
Keep site clean, don’t leave trash out overnight . SIX Dumpster is located at entrance.
Children must be accompanied by Parents in Bath House and Laundry room
Nothing hanging in trees such as Clothes lines.
Only Golf Carts No 4 or 3 wheelers no dirt bikes.
No major auto repair done in campground.
No discharging of fire arms. (For protection only)
Quiet Time is from 10 P.M. till 8A.M.
Please no extensive washing of vehicles or campers.
Please do not leave food out for the wild life
Please do not leave Fires unattended.
